1. Grant of Standard Licence
By completing a purchase or free download from www.xanven.com, XanVen Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard Licence to build one (1) single-family residence from the plan set. The Standard Licence is currently the only licence tier offered.
2. What you may do
- Use the plans to construct one (1) single-family residence — a single build on a single site.
- Make reasonable field modifications with a locally licensed architect or engineer of record.
- Share the plan set with your builder, contractor and permitting authority for the permitted build.
The Standard Licence is the only licence tier offered. Extended, commercial, multi-build and developer-tier licences are not available. Contact xanvenstudio@gmail.com if your project requires terms beyond the Standard Licence — additional legal review is required.
3. What you may not do
- Re-sell, sub-license, publish or redistribute the plans, in whole or in part.
- Claim authorship of the design or remove copyright notices from files.
- Use the plans to construct additional dwellings beyond the single build permitted.
4. Copyright & ownership
All plans, renderings, drawings and specifications remain the intellectual property of the original designer and XanVen Studio. You are purchasing a license to build, not the copyright itself.
5. Local codes & professional review
Plans are provided as design intent. You are responsible for engaging a licensed architect, engineer or contractor to verify structural, mechanical, electrical and code compliance in your jurisdiction.
6. Warranty & liability
Plans are provided "as is." XanVen Studio disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
