Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once files have been downloaded. That said, we stand behind our work — if something is genuinely wrong, we'll make it right.
Eligible for a refund
- You purchased the wrong plan and have not downloaded any files (within 14 days).
- The plan set is materially defective (missing sheets, corrupt files, wrong scale).
- Duplicate charge or clear billing error.
Not eligible
- You've already downloaded the plan files.
- Change of mind after 14 days.
- Local authority declined the design — plans are provided as design intent.
How to request a refund
Open your order in Order history and click Request refund. Tell us what happened — we usually respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
