XanVen Studio is operated by Real Estate Merchants Ltd. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on plan purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for a refund
- Request made within 14 days of your order date.
- You purchased the wrong plan by mistake.
- The plan set is materially defective (missing sheets, corrupt files, wrong scale).
- Duplicate charge or clear billing error.
Not eligible
- Requests made more than 14 days after the order date.
- Local authority declined the design — plans are provided as design intent and require local professional review.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or open your order in your Order history and follow the refund link. You can also email us at xanvenstudio@gmail.com and we'll help you submit the request. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
