XanVen Studio is a trading name of Real Estate Merchants Ltd, the data controller for personal information collected through this site. We operate an online marketplace for architectural plan packages, serving Jamaica, the Caribbean and international customers. Questions about this policy can be sent to xanvenstudio@gmail.com.

- Account data: name, email address and password when you register.
- Order data: plan selections, licence acceptances, and payment references processed by our payment providers.
- Communications: messages you submit via contact, enquiry and support forms.

- Hosting and platform infrastructure providers that run the marketplace and store account, order and content data.
- Email delivery providers used to send transactional and (where you opt in) marketing emails.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing xanvenstudio@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in every message.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; report any concerns to xanvenstudio@gmail.com.

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
